We are recruiting an experienced Process Technician for a well-established, high-performing injection moulding operation in Banbury. This is a senior-level processing role — ideal for someone who thrives on optimisation, continuous improvement and leading from the front.

🎯 The Role
You will optimise and maintain safe, efficient mould production processes to ensure consistent quality and on-time delivery.
Working closely with Tool Changers, Production and Engineering teams, you’ll drive:
- Process optimisation to achieve best-in-class cycle times
- SMED activities to reduce tool change times
- Robust process validation & documentation
- Root cause analysis (not quick fixes)
- Safe systems of work & compliance
- Continuous improvement initiatives
You’ll also lead and motivate the Tool Change team, embedding a strong right-first-time culture aligned with production priorities.
🛠What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ injection moulding processing experience
- Strong knowledge of cascade injection systems
- Excellent understanding of injection mould tools
- Experience setting new tools & first-off processes
- Analytical mindset with strong fault-finding ability
- Comfortable working independently under pressure
- Strong documentation & traceability discipline
- Ability to pass Ishihara colour test
⏰ Working Pattern
40 hours per week (3-shift rotation):
- 7am–3pm (Mon–Fri)
- 3pm–11pm (Mon–Fri)
- 11pm–7am (Sun–Thurs)
Fully onsite – Banbury.
