About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a growing engineering design consultancy for an Assistant / Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of exciting projects across the UK water and utilities sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in project management, with clear progression into a senior role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery of multiple engineering projects from start to finish
- Support planning, scheduling, and coordination of project activities
- Work closely with design teams and stakeholders
- Monitor progress, budgets, and timelines
- Attend occasional site visits (travel expenses paid)
Projects You’ll Be Involved In
- Upgrades to sewage treatment works (UMON 3 & 4)
- Clean water main replacement schemes
- CSO upgrades and storm storage solutions
About You
- Previous experience in a project support, coordination, or junior PM role (engineering/construction/utilities desirable)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Keen to develop a career in project management
- Positive, proactive, and team-focused
