ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEERS – 4 on 4 off Nights only
Location: Brownhills (Cannock / Walsall area)
Salary:£63000 – £68,000 + Overtime + Bonus

This is a high-earning, long-term opportunity for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a globally respected, state-of-the-art manufacturing business.
You’ll be part of a skilled engineering team responsible for keeping advanced production facilities running at peak performance, carrying out both reactive and planned maintenance on modern industrial equipment.

The Role
You will:
- Respond quickly and effectively to electrical breakdowns
- Diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and minimise downtime
- Log and report breakdowns, supporting root-cause analysis
- Suggest and help implement corrective improvements
- Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment
- Occasionally assist with training and mentoring apprentices
- Work as part of a close-knit team, including overtime when required

The Person
You will ideally have:
- A recognised qualification in Electrical Engineering
- Strong experience within industrial / manufacturing environments
- Proven ability with:
- Single & 3-phase wiring
- Fault finding and repairs
- Motors (Star/Delta, Induction)
- Switchgear, transformers, regulators
- Control panels and industrial electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings
- Working knowledge of PLC systems
- 18th Edition qualification (or equivalent) – highly desirable
